Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Over 18 years old patients,
- ASA I-II-III-IV,
- Major surgeries ( Intra-abdominal, intracranial, head and neck malignancy surgery, femur and vertebra surgery)
Exclusion
- Emergency operation,
- Cardiovascular surgery,
- ASA V-VI
- Under 18 years old patients
