Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • HIV+
  • stable combination antiretroviral therapy (cART)

Exclusion

  • AIDS defining conditions in the prior six months
  • Conditions that increase the risk of exercise training per the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM)
