Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • .Type II diabetic patients.
  • Age: 20-60 years.
  • either gender.

Exclusion

  • Previous bariatric surgery.
  • Controlled T2DM.
  • Duration of T2DM \>10 years.
  • Patients with endocrinal diseases,
  • Pregnancy.
  • Those unfit for general anesthesia.
