Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- .Type II diabetic patients.
- Age: 20-60 years.
- either gender.
Exclusion
- Previous bariatric surgery.
- Controlled T2DM.
- Duration of T2DM \>10 years.
- Patients with endocrinal diseases,
- Pregnancy.
- Those unfit for general anesthesia.
