Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Scheduled mitral valve replacement surgery
- obtained consent
Exclusion
- allergy to oxycodone and local anesthetics
- depression, antidepressant drugs treatment
- epilepsy
- usage of painkiller before surgery
- addiction to alcohol or recreational drugs
- postoperative ventilation or ICU admission
