- no illness medical check
Exclusion
- uncontrolled hypertension (diastolic blood pressure over 100 mmHg), a history of cardiac arrhythmia, cardio-respiratory disorders, advanced osteoporosis, clinical diagnosis of Alzheimer's Disease
