Inclusion
- Clinical diagnosis of an inborn error of immunity (primary immunodeficiency, PID)
- Clinically healthy (non-age matched) volunteer
Exclusion
- exclusion of an inborn error of immunity
- secondary immunodeficiency
- refusal to enter the study
