Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- ASA class I - III BPH patients
Exclusion
- Patients having any condition contra-indicating regional anesthesia e.g impaired coagulation.
- Electrolyte imbalance,
- Uncontrolled hypertension,
- Congestive heart failure or being allergic to local anesthetics.
