Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- age over 55 years
- signing informed consent
- independence in daily living activities
Exclusion
- history of neurological or psychiatric conditions, Neuropsychiatric Inventory Cummings \> 4
- illiterate
- Mini Mental State Examination \< 20
- severe physical constraints.
