Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Male patients older than 18 years with indication for trans rectal prostate biopsy
Exclusion
- Bad intestinal preparation.
- Painful anorectal pathologies.
- Clotting disorders without previous assessment by hematology.
- Acute prostatitis
