Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- node negative early breast cancer
Exclusion
- • Unfit patients for general anaesthesia
- Previous axillary surgery
- History of breast surgery or incisional biopsy compromising the breast lymphatic drainage.
- Known hypersensitivity to the dye
- Patients with clinically positive or suspicious axilla
- Pregnant females
