Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Single level osteoporotic compression fracture of thoracic and lumbar spine
Exclusion
- Can't tolerate the postural reduction by pillow
- Pathological spine fracture caused by tumor, infection.
- Multiple spine fractures
- Patient presented with neurological. deficits
