Inclusion
- confirmed histologic evidence of pTis-pT3 breast cancer
- breast conservative surgery
- post menopausal status
- clear surgical margin
Exclusion
- pT4
- positive or close resection margins
- 3 or more metastatic axillary nodes
- nodal irradiation
- M1
