Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- patients hospitalized in post acute and rehabilitation service
- more than 65 years old
- PPI prescription more than 8 weeks
Exclusion
- PPI prescription under 8 weeks
- PPI prescription for digestive haemorragy
