- normal BMI (20-25)
Exclusion
- Obese
- underweight
- diabetes mellitus
- coronary artery disease
- oatmeal allergies
- hyper/hypocoagulability
- food intolerances
- Irritable bowel syndrome
- Inflammatory bowel disease
- Celiac disease
- pregnancy
