Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Adult patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty
Exclusion
- bilateral total knee arthroplasty
- hematochromatosis or hemosiderosis
- hemolytic anemia
- history of drug allergy
- liver cirrhosis or hepatitis
- systematic lupus erythematosus
- rheumatic arthritis
- allergic disease
- history of transfusion within one month from surgery
- parturient
