Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
- 18 years or older
- Attending for an elective procedure requiring general anaesthesia
- Prior radiotherapy to the neck
Exclusion Criteria:
- General anaesthesia is not the primary airway plan
- Previously known difficult intubation
- Patient refusal
