Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- OSA diagnose based on polysomnography,
- Apnea-Hypopnea Index (AHI) \> 5,
- arterial hypertension (systolic arterial pressure \> 140 mmHg or diastolic arterial pressure \> 90 mmHg)
Exclusion
- other heart disease
