Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- 18 years or above,
- ASA II patients
- BMI \> 40 kg / m2
- No serious comorbidity.
Exclusion
- Unstable patients during the operation
- The requirement for mechanical ventilation in the postoperative period.
