Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Clinical diagnosis of gastric cancer and schedule for major abdominal surgery
  • Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status ≤2

Exclusion

  • Severe multiple organ impairment, comorbidities or immune disorder before surgery
  • Undergoing chemotherapy or radiotherapy
