Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- oral and maxillofacial surgery to be performed under general anesthesia
- planned for a general anesthetic with nasotracheal intubation,
- ASA I and II
- at least 18 years of age
Exclusion
- prisoners
- anticipated difficult airways
