Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- ≥ 18 years
- pathologically diagnosed gastric adenocarcinoma
- radical gastrectomy with lymphadenectomy.
Exclusion
- ongoing infection at surgery
- pregnancy status
- underwent non-resection surgery
- underwent palliative gastrectomy
- emergency surgery
- taking corticosteroid or other immunosuppressive drugs
