Inclusion
- Elective surgery
- Age older than 18 years
Exclusion
- Emergency surgery
- Nasal intubation
- Intubation with fiberoptic scope or glidescope
- Intubation without laryngoscopy
- Awake intubation
- Allergy to ultrasound gel
