Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- presence of psychological strain and desire for treatment for depressive symptoms
- internet access
- sufficient command of the German language
Exclusion
- acute suicidality (as assessed with one item of the BDI)
- lifetime diagnoses of bipolar disorder and psychosis
