Inclusion
- Age above 18
- Pulmonary vein ablation, SVT ablation or mitral clip.
- Informed consent
Exclusion
- Left atrial thrombus
- Pregnancy
- Active malignancy
- Thrombophilia
- Anticoagulants 24 hours before procedure
- Active infectious disease
- Chronic kidney disease (eGFR\<30)
