Inclusion
- Patients with traumatic brain injury
Exclusion
- Patients with history of optic neuritis
- past history of eye trauma
- patient with optic nerve trauma
- patient with history of arachnoid cyst of the optic nerve
- high myopic patients
- patients with cavernous sius mass
