Inclusion
- \- Adults \>18 years with active cutaneous lichen planus with capacity to consent.
Exclusion
- Concurrent skin infection
- Wound healing disturbances
- Patients on systemic immunosuppressive medications.
- Lidocaine allergy
- Platelets \<10,000
