Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Pregnant nulliparous women.
- Breech presentation of fetus, eligible for external version.
Exclusion
- Unwilling to participate.
- Unable to understand written and oral Swedish in the absence of interpreter.
- Contraindications to spinal anaesthesia.
