Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Pregnant nulliparous women.
  • Breech presentation of fetus, eligible for external version.

Exclusion

  • Unwilling to participate.
  • Unable to understand written and oral Swedish in the absence of interpreter.
  • Contraindications to spinal anaesthesia.
