Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- over 18 years old;
- Patients undergoing elective open heart surgery (cardiopulmonarybiasis, aortic and mitral valve replacement);
- ASA III ;
- Patients with informed consent for the study.
Exclusion
- Patients who refuse to participate in the study;
- Patients under emergency conditions.
