Inclusion

  • Elective LSCS
  • 18yrs
  • gestation \>38 gestation weeks

Exclusion

  • Multiple pregnancy
  • Previous upper GI surgery
  • Known disorder of gastric emptying
  • Hiatus Hernia
  • BMI \>40
  • Diabetes Mellitus, Gestational Diabetes
