- Elective LSCS
- 18yrs
- gestation \>38 gestation weeks
Exclusion
- Multiple pregnancy
- Previous upper GI surgery
- Known disorder of gastric emptying
- Hiatus Hernia
- BMI \>40
- Diabetes Mellitus, Gestational Diabetes
