Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Age \> 18 years
- Interventional cardiology procedure (TAVI, MitraClip, TricuspidalClip)
Exclusion
- Allergy to ultrasound gel or materials contained in the TCD probe
- Missing temporal bone window
