Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Clinical diagnosis of ALS
- Taiwanese and used traditional Chinese(Mandarin).
- If they were older than age 20 years.
Exclusion
- Frontotemporal dementia, severe depression, or schizophrenia.
- If they cannot complete the questionnaire with researchers or family members help.
