Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Patients between the ages of 20 and 50 years
- American Society of Anesthesiologists I, II or III
- Patients with body mass index of 40 and over
Exclusion
- cardiopulmonary disease
- patients with previous abdominal or thoracic surgery or cerebrovascular disease
- story of intracranial hypertension or epilepsy
- patients with a story of difficult tracheal intubation
