Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Patients between the ages of 20 and 50 years
  • American Society of Anesthesiologists I, II or III
  • Patients with body mass index of 40 and over

Exclusion

  • cardiopulmonary disease
  • patients with previous abdominal or thoracic surgery or cerebrovascular disease
  • story of intracranial hypertension or epilepsy
  • patients with a story of difficult tracheal intubation
