Inclusion

  • Male children l
  • 1 to 8 years of age
  • ASA physical status I and II
  • Distal hypospadias -

Exclusion

  • Simultaneously undergoing any other procedure
  • Local infection in sacral region
  • Bleeding diathesis
  • Preoperative testosterone stimulation
