Inclusion
- Male children l
- 1 to 8 years of age
- ASA physical status I and II
- Distal hypospadias -
Exclusion
- Simultaneously undergoing any other procedure
- Local infection in sacral region
- Bleeding diathesis
- Preoperative testosterone stimulation
