Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- patients of both sexes with age ranging from 20 years to 70 years
- patients with pancreatic tumors
- patients with adequate cardiorespiratory reserves to be fit for prolong general anesthesia
Exclusion
- unresectable tumors
- unfit for surgery
