Inclusion

  • Elective Surgery
  • Expected duration of the operation \> 2 hours

Exclusion

  • Patients ≤ 18 years of age
  • Patients with history of allergy to local anesthetics
  • Chronic opioid analgesic
  • Patients who are unwilling or unable to participate
