Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- be enrolled in Compulsory Secondary Education
- be active in the sessions of Physical Education.
Exclusion
- presenting any musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiological, metabolic or rheumatic alteration
- missing more than one session of the programme (91.66% attendance)
