Inclusion
- \<16 weeks gestation
- singleton pregnancy telephone/email contact
Exclusion
- chronic conditions i.e. diabetes, hypertension, HIV, etc.
- use of medications that affect fetal development;
- use of alcohol, tobacco, or other drugs
