Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • signed informed consent,
  • significant carotid artery stenosis

Exclusion

  • Age under 50 years
  • Neurological event 15 days before operation
  • Chronic kidney disease
  • Pacemaker or ICD implantation
  • Atrial fibrillation
