Inclusion

  • Generally healthy
  • BMI\>=25
  • Not on antibiotics within 3 months of starting of study
  • No medication likely to influence gut function, colonic bacterial activity.

Exclusion

  • Antibiotics
  • Pregnancy
  • lactation
