Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Han Chinese women
  • Full-term pregnancy(\>36weeks)
  • 20-40 years old
  • Healthy
  • Breast feed their baby for at least 2 months

Exclusion

  • Death before and after childbirth
  • Child with congenital disease
