Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Healthy volunteers.
  • Aged 18-80 years old.
  • Normal and obese subjects.
  • Able to provide informed consent.

Exclusion

  • Refusal to sign the informed consent.
  • Diagnosis of organic diseases including neoplastic inflammatory illness or cardiovascular diseases.
  • Hypersensibility to almonds.
