Inclusion
- Age under 5 years
- Hypoxemia (SpO2\<92%) based on non-invasive pulse oximetry
- Hospital admission warranted based on clinician judgment
Exclusion
- SpO2 ≥92%
- Outpatient management
- Denial of consent to participate in study
