Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • \- Patients undergoing an elective cardiac surgical intervention

Exclusion

  • Emergency procedures
  • Heart transplantation
  • Elective left ventricular assist device (LVAD) implantation
  • Pulmonary thrombendarterectomy
  • Declined informed consent
  • Age \< 18 years
  • Pregnant woman
  • Preoperative renal replacement therapy (RRT)
  • Receiving medication containing sacubitril
