Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- \- Patients undergoing an elective cardiac surgical intervention
Exclusion
- Emergency procedures
- Heart transplantation
- Elective left ventricular assist device (LVAD) implantation
- Pulmonary thrombendarterectomy
- Declined informed consent
- Age \< 18 years
- Pregnant woman
- Preoperative renal replacement therapy (RRT)
- Receiving medication containing sacubitril
