Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Healthy adults aged 18-50 years old
- BMI\<30.
Exclusion
- Smokers
- Diagnosed health condition (chronic or infectious disease)
- Taking medication (oral contraceptive pill is allowed)
- Pregnant, lactating
- Allergies/intolerances to any of specified test foods
