Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Elective off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting surgery.
- ejection fraction \< 50%
Exclusion
- Patients with severe renal impairment or renal failure.
- Patients on mechanical support (intra-aortic balloon pump)
