Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Patients undergoing cardiac surgery who required renal replacement therapy.
Exclusion
- History of End Stage Renal Disease or on Dialysis
- prior kidney transplantation
- patients with a DNR order or "do not escalate care" order
