Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Patients undergoing cardiac surgery who required renal replacement therapy.

Exclusion

  • History of End Stage Renal Disease or on Dialysis
  • prior kidney transplantation
  • patients with a DNR order or "do not escalate care" order
