Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- De novo implantation of left ventricular multipolar leads.
Exclusion
- Cardiogenic shock
- Device infection
- Revision for previously dislodged left ventricular lead
- Age below 18 years
- Pregnancy
- Patients under tutelage
