Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- stable somatic state
- written informed consent.
Exclusion
- chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,
- surgical interventions in abdominal area,
- complains in lower back,
- acute musculoskeletal injuries in last 6 months
- cognitive dysfunction
