Inclusion
- written informed consent to participate in the study
- diagnosis of one of interstitial lung diseases/autoimmune diseases as described below
Exclusion
- age \< 18 years
- withdrawal od consent
- pregnancy
- lactation
- infectious disease 4 weeks prior
