- English proficiency

- Acute pain condition
- Chronic pain condition
- Mental health disorder
- Cardiovascular disease
- Any chronic illness
- Difficulty with physical exercise
- Recent surgery
- Pulmonary disease
- Diabetes
- Smoking
- Raynaud disease
- Claustrophobia
